Delivery date
Most of our shipping options provide an estimation of the delivery date, to give you an indication on which day your parcel will arrive. After the parcel is shipped you receive a tracking code from us. Please note this delivery date is an indication only. No rights can be derived. If you have an urgent deadline, please notify us via the Comments section when placing your order.
Shipment methods
At checkout you can choose from several shipping options and you will see the price per carrier: GLS (regular shipping), PostNL, DHL and DPD.
Are you in a hurry? Then choose UPS Express. This is useful for film productions and urgent orders, for example. UPS Express delivers within 1 day in the EU and for example to the US in 2-3 working days (depending on customs control). Note: always look at the shipping time of the product you order. For example, if this is 'Ordered today, shipped in 3-5 business days', the item can also be shipped with Express after 3-5 business days.
In addition, it is also possible to pick up your order at our collection point.

Customs (for export shipments outside the EU)
Export is one of our specialties. Every day our employees are responsible for creating custom declarations for worldwide shipments. In order to create accurate declarations we use the fitting HS tariff codes. Using the correct codes prevents misunderstanding from the customs and import duties that are significantly high. The height of the import duties depends on your country and the ordered items.
Our shipping times for export shipments include the average waiting time for a parcel at your country’s customs department. In some exceptional cases the parcel can be kept at the customs for a longer period of time.
