How do I sign up for the Loyalty program The Tribe?

You sign in automatically when you register your account.

What are the benefits for Tribe members?

You will also receive 500 points for registering with the program, 250 for your registration anniversary and 250 on your birthday. You will receive an exclusive newsletter in your mailbox every month. And when you post on instagram and tag us in your photos showing products from our webshop, you also get 250 points! You also receive points for every order.

How do I collect extra Loyalty Points by sharing on Social Media

Share a photo on Instagram with our products and tag @celticwebmerchantvof . Then send us a message with the photo and your email address. We will then credit the loyalty points to your account.

How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account and go to the shopping cart. Above the total amount, there is the option to use your Loyalty points.

Is it possible to combine my Loyalty points with other discounts?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You can calculate whether you can get the best deal with a current discount, or when you use your points.
