I have received a refund or credit, what does this mean?

Have you received an e-mail about a refund or a credit note? We send a credit note when an item in your order was not available, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account or credit card. In the email you can open the attachment with the credit note and see which item was not available.


Do you want to choose another item? Within 24 hours you automatically receive an email with a discount code that gives you free shipping on your next order.

You can also receive a refund because your return has been processed, or because you yourself have asked us to cancel an item.
