Has the payment of your order failed? That can happen! Fortunately, you can easily complete the payment.

Click on this link. Log in to your account, go to 'My orders' and click on the order. You can still pay here.


Do you live outside the EU?

It often happens that American or Canadian banks in particular block a payment in a foreign currency. Call your bank to 'unblock' the payment, and try to pay via this link. Log in to your account, go to 'My orders' and click on the order. 

 

Do you not have an account?

You will receive a payment reminder one day after your order. There you will find a link with which you can complete the payment. Of course you can also just place a new order! :)
