I cant't verify my ID during checkout

We verify your ID during check-out when you live in the Netherlands, or Germany.

Are you having problems with the ID check when ordering and are you therefore unable to complete your order? Send a copy of your ID card, passport or driver's license. We only need your name and date of birth. We will then manually verify your age, so that you can still order.
