My order has been canceled, when will I receive the money back?

After your order has been canceled, we will immediately refund the money through our payment provider. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank statement may not contain the name of Celtic WebMerchant, but Multisafepay, our payment platform.
