I have received a refund or credit, what does this mean?
If you receive a notification by email of a refund or credit, it means that an item in your order was not available due to a stock discrepancy. The amount will be automatically refunded to your account or credit card.
In the credit invoice, you will see which item is concerned. We will provide you with a discount code for free shipping to choose another item yourself.
You may also receive a refund because your return has been processed, or because you have requested the cancellation of a product.
