Can I have my package delivered to a pickup point?
After shipment, you will receive a tracking code from the carrier. Through this link, you can choose a pickup point.
My package has been shipped, but I still want it to be delivered to a different address. Is this possible?
You can adjust the address using your tracking link. Alternatively, you can call the customer service of GLS or PostNL to modify the address. We cannot arrange this after shipment.
