I have not received my parcel but has it been delivered according to the tracking?

Ask the neighbors first

In almost all cases, the package is delivered to the neighbors, but no note is left. Ask your nearby neighbors if they have accepted something for you.

Check the tracking to see if it has been taken to a pick-up point

The address of the pick-up point can be found in the tracking.

Check the mailbox

Do you live in an apartment and have a separate mailbox? If it fits, the delivery person will put your package in the mailbox.

If none of the above applies, contact us, and we will initiate a postal investigation. If the package is lost, you will receive a new one from us.
