Photo Contest: Conquer the Calendar
Participate in the photo contest 'Conquer the Calendar'. The winners will receive 150 GBP in store credit and a free calendar!

All photos will be posted on Instagram. The photos with the most likes and the best rating from the Celtic WebMerchant judges have the best chance. So ask all your friends to like your photos as well.

Your photo will be featured in the calendar. Submissions until October will be considered for next year's calendar, while submissions after October will be considered for the following year. Winners will be announced in the early November newsletter.

The calendar will be offered annually in the webshop at cost price, for a global audience.
Terms and Conditions
Who can participate?
You must be a member of the Tribe to be eligible to win. Additionally, you must be over 18, own the rights to the photo, and have permission from the photographer and other people in the photo to publish it.
How can you submit your photo?
We need your photo in the following format:
Width: 8.27 inches x 300 PPI ≈ 2481 pixels Height: 11.69 inches x 300 PPI ≈ 3507 pixels In JPG or TIFF.
How many photos can you submit?
You can submit as many photos as you like, and multiple photos of yours can win. For each winning photo, you will receive 150 GBP in store credit.
How are the winners determined?
Your submitted photo will be posted on Instagram. Visitors to our Instagram page and the Celtic WebMerchant jury will decide the winners. The photos with the most likes and those best judged by the jury have the best chances of winning. So, ask your friends to like your photos as well.
What happens if you win?
We will contact you personally, and you will also have the opportunity to add a piece of text under your photo in the calendar. The discount points will be added to your Tribe account. When the calendar is printed, you will receive a free copy.
Assignment of rights
By submitting photos, each entrant certifies that he/she is the sole owner of all rights concerning the submitted pictures, that the material is not subject to the rights of third parties, and that, if any persons appear in the photographs, no personal rights are being violated. Should one or more individuals be clearly identifiable in the submitted pictures, all people in question must have given their explicit agreement to the release of the concerned images. The entrant confirms that he/she is prepared, if needed, to provide written consent to publication from each one of them. In the event that third parties still assert claims for infringement of their rights, the entrant agrees to hold Celtic WebMerchant BV fully harmless from such claims. Celtic WebMerchant BV shall be granted the irrevocable right to use the submitted images and edited versions of the same in connection with the photo contest and its promotion. Celtic WebMerchant BV reserves the right to postpone or suspend the photo contest at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if, for any unforeseen reason, it is not possible to run the contest as planned, for example, due to a software or hardware failure that would affect the proper course of the photo contest as originally scheduled. All decisions are final and binding, legal recourse is excluded.
